What is Wholesome Performance
LLC?

Wholesome Performance is an online fitness coaching business built to help athletes transform their physiques without all the uncertainty that comes along with it.

Fitness can feel very overwhelming — it's a never ending black hole of misinformation that nowadays is easy to get swallowed into, whether you have experience or not.

​

Wholesome Performance exists to cut through the confusion. I'll create structured training programs and provide nutritional guidance designed just for you, and supply you the tools, accountability, and ongoing support to help you stay consistent and keep progressing — no matter your starting point.

Weekly Check-Ins

Every week, we’ll connect to review your progress, assess how you’re doing mentally and physically, and adjust your plan as needed to keep you on track. These check-ins are designed to keep you accountable, celebrate your wins, and make sure you’re always moving forward. You’ll never feel like you’re doing this alone — I’ll be right there helping you troubleshoot, reflect, and grow.

Fully Customized Training Programs

No generic programs here — your training plan will be fully customized to your goals, experience level, preferences, schedule, and equipment available to you. We will thoroughly discuss all of these things ahead of time so your plan will fit seamlessly into your lifestyle so you can stay consistent, and we will continue to update and evolve the program as needed.

Calorie/Macro Guidance

Nutrition plays just as much of a role (if not more!) in physique development as training does. I will help you map out your protein, fat, carbohydrate, and calorie targets based around your goals and preferences to create a dynamic duo alongside your training program so you continue get the best results possible.  

Constant Communication and Support

You’ll have direct 24/7 access to me via messaging for any questions, concerns, or adjustments along the way. Got a question about a lift? Need help with your macros? Just want to talk through something? I’m here. We’ll also use form video reviews to make sure you’re moving well, lifting safely, and building confidence in every rep.

My Coaching Style...

At Wholesome Performance, I prefer to take a relaxed and balanced approach to coaching, because real life isn’t perfect, and your fitness journey shouldn’t have to be either. My goal is to keep this as simple as possible for you and weave healthy habits into your lifestyle so you can get results and keep them too.

Yes, we’ll work hard and stay focused on your goals, but I’m not here to expect perfection or belittle you for making mistakes. You're human, and life happens. You’ll go on vacations, get sick, hit stressful weeks for various reasons, go off-plan, overdo some things and underdo others. That’s completely normal — and it’s built into how I coach. We will work on creating a foundation of consistency with your training and nutrition by taking a balanced approach, which in turn (I hope) will make the process more enjoyable, which will make you more consistent. I believe consistency is the foundational building block for creating success with anything in life, and for physique development, it's no different.

Together, we will create strong, sustainable habits for you over time. We'll take baby steps that lead to real change, not extreme short-term fixes that will come and go and lead you nowhere long term.

 

I’ll meet you where you are and help you move forward at a pace that’s comfortable, realistic, and built to last.

I’ve lived the all-or-nothing mindset myself, and I can tell you: it’s not enjoyable, and it doesn’t work long-term. That’s why my coaching is about consistency, self-compassion, and long-term progress — not guilt, burnout, or restriction. It was this very apporach to my weight training and nutrition that helped me make the big leaps I was looking for when I first began working out myself.
